Our XM Weightlifting Program invites individuals at all fitness levels to try a class for free to get a taste of what our program has to offer.

During our introductory workout, our trainers will answers all your questions about olympic weightlifting and our XM Weightlifting Program while they teach you how to properly move your body to improve technique and building strength in the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.

Build Strength

The XM Weightlifting Program focuses on improving technique and strength in the Snatch, Clean and Jerk. Our program includes a strength day and a dynamic day for each of the two core lifts along with auxiliary work to build strength.

During class, Coach Devin is constantly breaking down your lifts to help you make the changes necessary to maximize your potential.

Coach Devin is a 4-time National Champion with over 6 years of competitive weightlifting. Xtra Mile Fitness is a proud member of United States Weightlifting, hosting regular meets in the St. Louis area.

Led by National Champion Devin Mundy, our program will take you from basic technique instruction to your very first Olympic Weightlifting meet. Our current schedule for XM Weightlifting classes is:

Monday and Wednesday Sessions
Afternoon (PM): 4:00 • 7:30

Tuesday and Thursday Sessions
Afternoon (PM): 1:00 • 3:00

Saturday Sessions
Morning (AM): 8:00 • 10:15
