Conquer On Ramps

When you join the Xtra Mile Fitness family, we do everything in our power to ensure you have a positive experience, starting with your first month’s membership, which begins with four On Ramp Classes.

These classes introduce you to the foundational movements of CrossFit, familiarize you with the facility, and prepare you to enter the regular class with confidence.

After On Ramp, you are ready to join any of the classes. These classes are lead by an experienced, dedicated, and passionate coach who will encourage and ensure you are doing movements safely and correctly.

Once you’re through your On Ramp, you can book your workouts as you like according to your membership package. Our current schedule for CrossFit classes is:

Monday – Thursday Sessions
Morning (AM): 5:15 • 6:30 • 9:00
Afternoon (PM): Noon • 4:00 • 5:15 • 6:30

Friday Sessions
